Hey Adam! I love all the resources for this plan and it has really helped me be more mindful about what and when I’m eating and about making sure I get the exercise in. While it looks like I’ve been noncompliant I’ve really done much better. I can do things now that I struggled with in the first few weeks. So it's all good and ill follow along and do the best I can for me 😎.
Adam and his crew have a handle on what it takes to help you attain your fitness goals. His integrity is unparalleled.
Adam and his team are phenomenal. Completely professional and a great business citizen for the community.
I'm one good bowel movement away from my goal 😝 been sitting at 178 for a bit but I know I'll drop to 175 in the next week.
I've been able to pivot and focus on my responsibilities as I'm needed to address them. Prior to taking on being in control of my health I would have been exhausted and irritable. I feel like I'm in charge of my energy levels and it has made a huge impact on how I tackle stressful situations.-
“When I decided to start working with Adam, I was the heaviest I had ever been in my life and I had just returned from vacation in Hawaii. My weight was embarrassing and my self-confidence and self-esteem were at an all-time low. I knew that I needed positive change and I knew that what I needed was something that I could not do alone.
When I started my waist size was a 40 and I am now a size 36. I was an XXL size shirt and I’m now an XL. Between April 2013 and December 2013, I lost 40 pounds. I became stronger and more physically fit; however, in December 2013, I experienced a massive heart attack that required me to be in a medically induced coma for 10 days and during that time, I had a quadruple bypass and stayed in ICU for over two weeks. My doctors believe that my weight loss and the physical improvements I made with Adam were major factors in my survival. As soon as I was released by my physicians, I returned to the gym and over a short period of time, I began working with Adam again to improve my physical status. I have gone from walking a maximum of 300 feet after my coma in January 2014 to deadlifting 405lbs in 2016.”
I’m grateful for Adam Farrell! He is knowledgeable and supportive with both training and nutrition coaching. Always seeking to help his clients get better,he recently provided the opportunity to participate in a meal plan that gave me outstanding results! Between 7/19 and 09/18 (2-months), I dropped 9.089 pounds overall, of which almost 9 pounds was FAT (based upon body composition measured at Driscoll Children’s Hospital). Cumulatively since 4/23, I’m down a total of 12 pounds of fat, from 29.5% fat to 23.7% fat. If you’re hesitant about getting back in the workout groove, whether you're looking to lose weight or just improve your mobility, you’ll find Adam to be a GREAT coach!
Adam was able to help me create a workout plan that really worked for me. I started out at about 260 pounds, and by the time our six-month training period was over, I had lost about 50, and then in the months following, I went on to lose 10 more pounds. So total, I'm 60 down, and I credit Adam for a lot of that, for the guidance that he offered me and helping me create workout plans.
Fitness has always been a very difficult subject for me personally. When I was younger and in high school, I played Sports, baseball, football, basketball and so I never really had to worry about staying in shape and working out.
Then when I got into college, and the real world kind of kicked in. The built-in workouts of my day-to-day life kind of just stopped. I'm very much a person that's used to following orders, going to the gym, do whatever the coach tells you to do and then get out.
So when I started college, I would go to the gym and I would be guessing on all of my workouts. I would see a machine that was open, and I would say oh, I know how to do that one, let's do that, but there was no real plan of action.
So I reached out to Adam, told him I needed help, told him that I wasn't happy with where I was physically, and he was very receptive. He welcomed me in with open arms to his program, and we got to work.
Adam's workouts are really convenient, because they're not something that you have to go out of your way to do every single day. It's 20 to 30 minutes a day, and you can do everything from your own home with just a resistance band and some dumbbells, and that pretty much takes care of everything you need to know.
By the time the six months was over, I learned how to take care of myself physically, how to plan my own workouts and how to even plan my own diets. Adam supplied me with a diet plan that worked out for me, and he really just offers that guidance. One thing that really stuck out to me in our time together was that he was never afraid to call you out. So if you're someone that needs that accountability and someone that needs that extra push, Adam can be that guy for you.
He was certainly that for me. I don't know that I would be where I am today without his guidance. But if there's anyone out there who's struggling with their health and they've tried and they've tried and they've tried again to do it by themselves with the same results, reach out to Adam, give him a call. Even if you're a student, if you're a father or whoever you are. If you want to take control of your health just reach out to Adam, I promise you at the very least he can point you in the right direction.
