ABOUT ME

Adam began his career in health, fitness, and nutrition in 1998, earning numerous fitness certifications over the years. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where he was named Alumnus of the Year in 2018. Adam is certified by the Cooper Clinic, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and Precision Nutrition.

In 2005, Adam founded Pinnacle Performance and Fitness, which thrived for 18 years under his leadership. Adam and his team helped thousands of clients achieve their best health while creating a supportive environment that many considered a refuge from life’s chaos. Pinnacle also raised over $40,000 for local and national nonprofits through monthly fundraisers.

After the challenges of COVID-19 led to Pinnacle’s closure, Adam launched Be Farrell Fit, continuing his mission to help people prioritize their health.

Adam’s accomplishments include being a TEDx speaker, a recipient of the 2017 Servant Leader of the Year Award, and a longtime volunteer with several community organizations.
